When a dog treat recipe requires oatmeal, should you cook the oats or no?
I bought old fashioned oats instead of quick-cooking, and was just wondering whether I should cook them first or no? Here’s the link to the recipe:

No need to precook them. You don’t precook oats for old fashioned oatmeal cookies either.
