What does it take for a special needs dog?
What does it take for an owner to get one? I think I’m asking more so that most the special needs dogs are blind? How do you train a blind dog to navigate around a new place? This interests me for some reason..
Lots of blind & deaf dogs in rescue. Check Aussie rescue. Lots of lethal whites available.
